Once upon a time...
...my very Italian parents Massimo + Cinzia decided to start a knew life in America... in a little place called San Francisco, California. On the 1st of February, 1987, my mother gave birth to me and chose to give me a one of a kind American/Italian name... Jennifer Maria Spadazzi. From the moment my parents left Milan, Italy to pursue the American Dream, they have shown me the true meaning of hard work, creativity, and euntrepenurship. Not to mention, a deep love for fashion, color, design, style and all things creatively possible in this world.
After many successful bussiness ventures (and showing me a thing or two during the entire time) my parents decided it was time for a change of scenery, so we packed our things and moved to the sunkissed vinyards of Temecula, California. It was there, that I grew from a 13 year old art loving kid into a young women pursuing her own dream to becoming a fashion designer. Once again, I packed up and moved to Long Beach, California where I went to Brooks College and graduated at the top of my class with a Degree in Fashion Design in 2007.
After dipping my toes for a few years in this thing called the "Fashion Industry" and experiencing a taste of what it would be like to become a successful designer, I then began creating my own unique path towards the things I loved most about my job... the wonderful people I would work with and the fabulous designs we would create together. I didn't want to lose my passion for the love of design and I didn't want to lose the intimacy I so enjoyed with each individual client that came my way.
So instead of pursuing a big time label in Los Angeles and losing myself in the proccess, I decided to stick with what felt right... to open a small and humble studio in my home where I could do exactly what my heart desired... where I could open the door and start a new project at a spur of the moment, or meet with a client one-on-one in the comfort of my home, and where I could close the door behind me and walk into my living room where my beautiful family was doing just that- living.
I'm a Christian wife and mother first, and a wedding and formal gown designer second. My faith is the driving force in my life, and I hope to show you what that means through your experience with me. My goal is to create the perfect Wedding Gown that you've always dreamed of, and to have the best time doing it. I will never allow a bride to walk away unsatisfied with her dress...
